I talked to three or four Wells Fargo consultant throughout this experience. Them all sans a Shelter from Minneapolis (?) wasn't only unhelpful but looked gleeful that I had been getting screwed over. Anyways I never got the title of the man but this is actually the greatest instance of Wells Fargo customer support:
When I attempted to obtain my concerns answered, the Wells Fargo worker (we will contact him Mr. Fool) hungup the telephone on me when I attempted to obtain info to challenge a state; Actually stated Good-Bye and hung up before all my concerns were answered.
To become reasonable, which was possibly the greatest therapy I'd the whole discussion. The Mr. Fool talked in my experience like I'd down problem and proceeded to replicate anything I simply stated told him as though he were detailing the very best strategy that I must attempt (as though I am retarded). For instance:
I-say: I have to understand the day I shut my bank account. I want that day to ensure that I will discover the check I used-to pay-off my checking account. (observe that one is just a checking account and also the different is just a checking account)
Mr. Fool (and that I paraphrase): you need to obtain a backup of the check to show you previously paid off your savings account and provide it to the lender.
Well thanks Captain Obvious.
Being the exceptionally smart guy that I'm, I ask him for that day that I shut the checking account (again) and he shows me he cannot supply me using the info since it is not associated with my checking account; and because I'm not longer a Wells Fargo Client, Wells Fargo may "no further support me." Not just may he not supply me using the information that I want, but evidently I can not visit a department to obtain that info.
So here is the problem I am in: Wells Fargo promises I owe them cash. They wont supply me using the info to convince them that I actually donot owe them cash. To top it down they will have submitted anything to some variety company that will be threatening to place a on my credit ratings easily do not spend up. Gotta say, I am the luckiest man in the world. Cheers Wells Fargo, you folks aren't legal whatsoever.
And today to get a rant.
Lastly towards the individuals who work on Wells Fargo. I understand everyone needs to place food up for grabs and anything but how will you justify your careers. You toss people out-of their homes so you could possibly get that 5 million dollar reward. May be the 12 million-dollar income such pittance nowadays? (particularly since some 12% of Americans do not have employment) think about the people who pay attention to their corporate employers and gleefully assist grab from othersis savings? Are you so reduce that you cannot empathize using the panic you trigger in others when you are condescending for them? The panic that you simply place me through isn't anything I'd desire on anybody. Regardless, F* you! Can I never notice from you again.
