I was called in response to an ad on the internet about receiving a credit card, visa. I responded and was supposed to have the $296.00 debited upon arrival of my card. The account was debited and no arrival of a card. I work and make minimum wage and was going to use it for xmas. I called almost every day from the due date. I was put off more than once. On aug. 15 2003 my account was debited and i still have not received a card.
