Ripoff They called on the phone and promised a credit card I could turn down and get my money back, now I can't get a hold of them

They called on the phone in June like about the 26th telling me that for $239.69 I could have a card that If I accepted it they would then deposit $500.00 in to my checking account.

I no no longer have a checking account because another company called telesales plus took $249.00 without my ok and the bank said they can't help me. They got my checking account number some how.
