Complete fraud!!! My partner and that I were buying mortgage and were approached by McCane and Pape Economical. They accepted us for $50,000.00 having a deposit of $1,700.00 with no mortgage cost for 6mos! We delivered the cash Western Union. They obtained the cash and were supose to deliver us our pleasant box put FedEx. They named 24 hours later declaring the mortgage had been organized from the lender simply because they desired to secure the mortgage with insurance which we had a need to deliver another $1,700.00! We mentioned that people didnt have that type of cash. Therefore, they accepted us to get a $1,000.00 credit-which could be due as we obtained our mortgage cash. Therefore, we delivered them the $700.00 in the origional quantity so they'd launch the mortgage cash to the lender. The cash must have experienced there the Monday following. Ofcorse it wasnt! Therefore we named them, the amount didnt work anymore. We looked up their website... It-no longer exists!!! They got our cash (totaling $2,400.00) and went! The money was delivered to Europe (which was the financial institution delivering the cash). The titles of the folks we handled were: Erin Harper, Steve? (her employer). We're confirming this towards the Atterny Standard. The BBB has them shown being an F score. Don't do any type of company with one of these individuals. They're very convensing...
