Charging acct after closed

Terminated my acct and delivered provide early january since that time they've billed my acct twice straight weeks, can't have them on telephone, their voicemail package is complete their emails get returned unsendable they'll not call-back. It's my estimation they're committing fraud and am likely to persue as a result through my bank
