Diamond Shamrock is a ripoff. They charge $12.00 to refund on an unused money order, that has been addressed and not cashed

I purchased a money order from Diamond Shamrock which was address and not cashed. The money order was for less than $50.00 the store clerks refused to refund the money order and stated it had to be sent back to Western Union. Western Union charges $12.00 to refund on the uncashed money order. This is a rip off.
