Merchandise not recieved, no reply from vender

I bought a blade from these folks on Jan-11. I haven't received it yet. I am in Europe but haven't had an issue with possibly Canadian or Us postal delivery. I have created many (tons) of acquisitions in this way and usually obtained my merchandise. I tried contacting them-and no response, all I acquired was an answering machine. I e mailed them questioning when they had certainly delivered it and same task! No response! The sum total for that purchase was $54.99 and that I would really like atleast in order for them to deliver me another blade, or perhaps a refund.
