Cic credit monitor svc ripoff dishonest free credit report

I was sent an email about a free credit report. When I logged in I got something that looked like a credit report from one of the three main reporting agencies. I was told I could get all three and compare.

It did not happen. I was told I could login any time. After the first time I could not get on again. When I was looking at my checking account, I came across a charge for $79.95 and I had no idea where it came from. I did not authorize it.
