Outrageous unjustified fees

Constitution one is continually implementing facility costs to the consideration whenever we have not gone overdrawn. Within the last two times we have undergone $312 value of costs. I am so annoyed they retain getting our money such as this. Their online claims should never be obvious by what can be obtained. We've set money into this consideration and attempted to create a purchase two nights later and also the cash hasbeen "kept" till we create some acquisitions as well as for each purchase they cost $37. I am not undesirable to facility costs easily understand precisely what they affect and therefore are obvious. But this type of person getting us through the nose at the conclusion of each month whenever we want to do our better to remain profitable. They're not prepared to move on these unjustified feeis of course if you take a look at our statement, you will find two feeis for $156 each within the last two times and that I do not actually understand what these affect since we were not overdrawn till they used these costs. I am so terrified. May these folks officially rip-off simple people such as this? I have attempted to repeat our declaration below to exhibit that people were not overdrawn till they got the costs. I am unsure whether it's obvious since itis all compressed up within this structure. But we did not get overdrawn till they got our cash. Certainly with the grievances against them, there might be an incident designed to get our cash back. They're taking their clients. We acknowledge that people are battling anyhow in these financial situations and this type of person certainly playing us up. Specially when we've an infant on the road. I have sent them without any reaction. My partner talked to three distinct people about the telephone recently plus they stated don't have any capacity to assist him. We have been informed this 1 of the supervisors will-call him back, but we're not keeping our breathing. I have never undergone this type of shortage of professionalism. I pull it-up and get the chargeis once they are justified, but this isn't justified. Must we go to some small-claims judge?
