I'm unsure how to proceed about them, my spouse had a charge card with BofA (that will be the guardian compay of FIA) plus they uped the rate of interest to more than 24% for no cause. We were never let on the cost and there is no promotion for that card. We transferred the total amount off that card and exposed a charge card with my new lender and havnenot had any issues since. I want I really could inform the correct people by what continues for the reason that compay but I suppose this can need to be my bullhorn.
