Direct payday loans i never seen this company before but they took 19.93 out of my checking account how are they getting my information

I was going over my banking statement when i found this check filled out by this company i did not authorize them to do this i called the company they said that they dont refund money. I asked how did they get my information she would not tell me i demanded that they give me back my money and of course here i am filling a report
