Attempting to collect a settled debt. 610 Waltham Way

I recieved a collection letter from these idiots from a Capital One card that was settled on out of court in 2004 or 2005. I have not had a Capital One card since 2002. It did not show up on my last credit report as of 10.
It looks as though they are trying to collect the other half of my debt.
