Insulting customer service rep power played me

Wells Fargo Auto reposessed my car. I attempted to contact the company to make arrangements to pay them. The woman, Summer, asked me if I had an income and I told her no. I own a part of a business and did protect the name of the company as I was not sure if I should reveal that so early in the conversation to protect the other owner. Since I have never been in a position like this I do not know the proper way to approach it. She did not identify herself as the case manager so I had no idea if she was just a customer represenatative or what her position was. My initial inquiry was to get the information needed to rectify the situation and redeem the card.
I am not paying myself in the company and have not been generating an income. This is the reason I got behind in my payments. Summer told me without proof of income I could not get the car back. I spoke with my business partner who said we could give her financials and to call to redeem the car. I then called Summer back and told her that I could provide her the financials and how could I proceed to pay them and get the car return. She then told me that I was a liar and she began to berate me. I asked her what she would need from me to prove my financials as I do not get a paycheck. SHe remained insulting continuing to make personal judgements about me and verbalizing them. I asked for the name and number of her manager and she would not give me the information. I admit that I got angry as I simply wanted to provide the information needed to rectify the situation.
Finally the manager Jessica got on the phone and told me if I didn't calm down they would not give me the car at all. I told her fine and the manager Jessica chided me like a child telling me she had the power to refuse the car to me all together. I said to her, "you do not have to speak to me like a child, " and she then said to me, "take the weekend to decide if you want to pay the full amount of the car" and told the associate to hang up on me. I will admit that I was angry at the way the associate, Summer, treated me and lost my cool. Both of these associates were more concerned with their personal opinion of me and would not answer me directly to what needed to happen to redeem the car. I have fallen on hard times, but called to sincerely rectify the situation. I would assume that this company would like the money that is owed on this vehicle. I would like to take this matter to the superior of Jessica and negotiate what is needed to rectify the situation and get the car returned. The balance on the car is also incorrect. I have been trying for a year to get them to adjust it and the have failed to do so. I can provide the information they require and am working to get all of the past due together to pay them. I do not need a moral judgement from an associate who does not know me. I just need the information of what is needed to redeem the car and then continue payments.
