HLCM took the money and didn't do anything for us the business that doesnt give a dam tricked and lied to us...
The Home Loan Center was going to help us finance a new home. We had to give an appraisal fee up front. OK Fine.
Then some personal things happened and we decided to wait about 1 year to purchase a home and they refuse to give us our money back, although they did absolutely, positively NOTHING for us.
There most certainly was NO appraisal done, considering we are not buying a house!!! And Hey they forgot what word of mouth can do for a business!!!
Rip-off!!
