Beware of Armann Qadir aka Said Qadir. He use to run a loan morgage business at:

He owes me thousands of dollars for a loan he did for me. Each time I went to collect my money he made excuses that he had not received the money from his broker. Eventually this guy flatly refused that he owed me any money at all.

Be very careful when dealing with any of Qadir family. Looks like they run there new scams from the above address.
