Travelocity Credit Card
Took double points for ticket and has yet to reinstate the miles

I'd nearly 200,000 kilometers with Travelocity Charge Card. I redemed 115,000 to get a journey. They deduced the kilometers twice so my kilometers are now actually displaying a minus 16,000. I've named and sent many times. They usually inform me this is fixed they observe they charged me twice for that miles. It has been happening since April plus they have yet to reestablish my kilometers.
