I bought a-one method economy solution JFK-CRIME. Afterwards I approached Singapore Airlines and requested them just how many incentive miles I want for an update. I had been advised to move 100,000 kilometers from my American Express card to my KrisFlyer account with these kilometers I really could obtain the update. Once I moved the kilometers I had been informed that that incentive update was no more available. After many emails, several hours about the telephone and many months of whining I ultimately obtained on update. After getting an update I had been informed that I'd not generate any miles upon conclusion of the trip despite the fact that the KrisFlyer conditions and terms suggest that "Miles gained for journey utilizing an update honor is likely to be on the basis of the unique course of company bought." I've submitted a protest with Singapore Airlines and also the only solution I obtain is the fact that my economy-class solution continues to be terminated and therefore I'm unreadable to make miles. Any recommendations?
