I've been a target of OOkisa. I acquired my CREDIT statement recently and found they'd billed $98.50 for wash, conditioner, serum I'd delivered after eliminating my "account" (that we hardly ever really registered for, just requested the "free trial offer" test). After I named OOkisa to protest, the lady about the telephone was really "curt" with me. I am sure she's to cope with plenty of calls much like mine!!!
