Our vehicle got totaled November 12, and that I have now been looking to get my mortgage reduced and so I may move ahead with my entire life.
Issue Number 1: Citifinancialis recurring nuisance of my co signer. Never once do they contact me about any cost problems, even though that I created all of the funds within the 3 years within the mortgage before my vehicle got totaled, or even the proven fact that the insurance cost for many of my mortgage was created through the insurance provider in my own title, or even the proven fact that the subject was IN MY OWN name only
Issue # 2: Cust. Support lied about my benefit sum... They stated it had been $500 anything, which I settled months before, and today they are saying I owe $118 beyond that.
Issue # 3: despite the fact that I created my vehicle payments through the web site for over annually, it's not going to I would like to achieve this anymore.
Issue # 4: The # for spending within the telephone results in a mistake information... Then when I spend the $118, they'll be bothering my co signer until my check clears, which is times rather than the moments it might have now been when they understood the things they were doing.
Issue # 5: It claims on the site and also the telephone that my "next cost" of $118 is not due till JANUARY 17. WHY are these folks actually calling???
Issue # 6: they do not bother delivering any type of declaration through the email to I would like to understand what they anticipate by when... A few threatening characters to my co signer however.
I'm THEREFORE not amazed to determine the big # of additional grievances against these folks!
