Inefficiency caused me great trouble

I put up a Citibank bill for my parents to move cash from Singapore to Usa and never have to spend any charge. After I first put up the consideration sometime in September the lender explained that there's you should not deposit anything within the lender. Significantly more than 3 months have passed and that I am still in a position to access my online bill, without any sign that my account continues to be near.

After I was educated by my college sometime in November concerning the distribution of my Spring 2010 tuition charge by January 5 I requested my parents to move resources in my experience via the free Worldwide Exchange support, which may allow to get the resources immediately. Nevertheless, these were unable to finish the deal because of factors unknown, so that they visited the financial institution in Singapore to obtain them to complete it. These were ready to withhold the cash from my parents' consideration about the December 22.

The folks in the lender explained that my banking account continues to be shut because of inactivity (!). And so I questioned them to reopen the consideration plus they did, but at that time the resources have now been delivered back to Singapore and obtained on Dec 28.

Our parents subsequently required them to instantly deliver it once again via International Move, which allows me to get it in one day. Nowadays may be the fifth morning (or 6th actually, because of time-zone distinction) and that I still haven't obtained anything!

I'm exceedingly displeased using the support people at Citibank, since they're not useful whatsoever. After I named to ask just how many times the account may reach me, they informed me that because the account is approximately 27000 USD there's no means it's moved through Worldwide Move since there is a regular control of 1000 USD. Nevertheless, based on their site, that's the confident restriction, and that I am GETTING MONEY FROM OFFSHORE as well as in Singapore the confident daily limit is 50000 SGD, that will be about 37000 USD.

The individual then explained that it's absolutely via cable transfer (that'll get a charge), and certainly will achieve in 2 to 2 weeks (!!!), but I've tuition fee due January 5, there's no means I will create it! And so I named again to keep these things examine the standing of the account, whether it's impending or declined or whatsoever. The individual mentioned it's difficult.

Citibank has caused such trouble in my experience. Basically am unable to publish the tuition charge promptly I'll be fined by college also it could be poor.

P.S. Today my parents may use Worldwide Move; they simply delivered me 100 USD like a test. It's free and immediate. I actually donot realize why they mightnot get it done the very first time!
