Ahhh, where you can start? I've been a Citibank client for more decades than I will recall. I named CITIBANK to shut my banking account simply because they had lately obtained CAL-PROVIDED, and my "free" bank account abruptly had costs-for-nothing. Because there are lots of locations that provide free checking, I shut my consideration, approximately I thought. I instantly obtained a declaration within the email for damaging $9.50 due to their Oct assistance cost! I had been surprised since it was my perception the consideration was shut! I named to protest plus they declined to change the cost since the consideration was not shut! I described it was THEIR PROBLEM that it had beennot shut, however they *still* declined to change the cost. Actually they'd previously included the regular service cost for December and that I was almost $20 in debt! I understand itis not really a fortune, but itis the fringing stage! They nevertheless WOn't change the cost and that I WOn't spend. I suppose they'll today damage my credit however itis the theory of the problem.

Be familiar with CITIBANK - they're *only* out to create cash and therefore are not thinking about client relationships.
