Mike Robinson approached me about refinancing my existing home mortgage, He claimed to be from Zions Bank (this was not true) and that he could get me a better interest rate. I filled out his paperwork, application, power of attorney, trust deed, warranty deed. When I called the next day to check on the status of the loan, he informed me that he now owned my home, and the he was going to sell it for a quick profit. He also informed me that I had 72 hours to move out, because he was getting a court order, and If I didn't move I would be liable for rent while he legally evicted me. Mike would show up and sit across the street from my house, harrass my neighbors, look at my 8 year son in the most discusting way (while he rubbed his crotch). He had some joker show up and pretend to be a Sheriff's deputy it was the guy who notarized the documents the moring I filled out all the paperwork. I called West Jordan police they gave Mike many treaspass warnings but never arrested him. Some guy showed up with a truck said we were moving out that day he didn't care that there was no court order. Mike lied in court said refinancing was never discussed, and that I agreed to make the mortgage payments even after we had moved out. His lawyer was the Sterotypical "Scheister" presented false documents in court that were not notarized or even signed, claimed that I had harrased his client, and caused him severe financial harm, His lawyer is his brother in law.
