Did not do what they said

I employed Duty Treatment Professionals more than 2 years back. I had been informed they'd do my back-taxes, stop garnishments and discuss a reasonable negotiation.

Duty Treatment Professionals did do my duty types for Given and Condition, never ceased the garnishment so when the fees were submitted they discussed NO negotiation. I still owe anything. I invested $7000!
