My wife and I recently came homw from work to a house that had no power. SCE had cut power. We had recently paid, in full $167.00 our on-line balance a few weeks prior. Wwe then contacted SCE, said that we still owed an outstanding balance of $55.00? We explained that's not what the website indicated. How were we supposed to know this balance still existed? They cut power for $55.00, which we then paid while on the phone. They said there was nothing they could do until the next day, A courtesy call would have been nice. Meantime a refrigerator full of food spoils, we are sitting in the dark, and now out over $200.00 which is alot of money to us in this tough econimic times. SCE has no heart! And were not willing to help. They have us over a Barrel, if we could go elsewhere, we would. Not Happy at all with SCE Service. I will tell everyone and everyone I know about this experiance in hopes that something will change. Thanks for listening.
