Arsenio Martinez in Las Cruces NM claims to have been in banking Industry for many years. He said he worked with several investors for short term bank contracts. He indicated they gain power by pooling funds as a group and that they fund every 15th and end of the month.
They accept $2500 K up to $20 K max per investor and the investor would get double their investment in 90 days. Arsenio said he guaranteed initial principal and said he also invested funds.
Never got paid, never got back initial principal, and never could reach Art (Arsenio) again
He took advantage of a dear friend of mine this way as well. He is well known to be involved in Gifting programs as well.
