Did not receive my 1000 gift card

I acquired a text on my telephone and that I named them-they got my info and required the delivery in order for them to deliver me my giftcard. I've not gotten it however plus they must have delivered to me quite a long time before. Who do i contact to discover ways to get my giftcard.
