On December 1st I discovered that $3000 had disappeared, so I contacted the bank and they said they will look into it and refund my money.in the mean time of their research I was hit not once but several times with overdraft fees. I got my money back but not the OD fees, it is still pending. I have spoken to nearly four bank managers and still no resolution insight.
