EAM attacks again... (view prior criticism)... They informed the SCC they delivered a look for $60,450 to my 1st bank... Well, they did. But, 2 nights later is RETURNED. Today easily had delivered anybody a look for $60,000 also it returned I'd be imprisoned and tossed into prison. Our 1st bank is unfazed by this, and certainly will not take a wire transfer. They'll take another check from EAM however, and keep it for thirty days to hold back for this to clear. I met having a lawyer who stated she would provide them with 5 times to cable the cash (I had been informed recently the first bank don't take it, after I achieved using the attorney on Fri.). When they do not spend up in 5 times, we're processing case. I can't afford to keep spending 2 mortgages. Easily do not spend one of these (I'd not spend LA), this can damage our credit that people have worked so difficult to displace going back couple of years. Go figure. I cant get how this guy (MichaelAshley), is permitted to do that to get a 2nd period. I'm prepared to guess he's likely to try it again. How do I do exactly the same and never get captured? Good, taxpaying, law abiding, principle-subsequent, hard-working individuals get cheated like this and these criminal and creeps as well as their businesses escape with garbage such as this. I've reported to everybody I will think about, and am receiving aid or guidance from only 10% of these. I've actually voiced using the FBI in NYC plus they observed tired, HUD appeared uninterested after I first began this mission, but transformed their melody a couple of days later. But, nevertheless no help us. Nevertheless, I'll maintain at it somehow, someway, and never quit till all of US are assisted. Don't quit. Keep worrying, e mailing, calling, creating to everybody and anybody who'll pay attention to you. Ultimately they'll get what's visiting them. (God willing). Hopes and great ideas to all you!!!
