Charged fee when told i would not be

My spouse checking account was billed a 35 dollar fee for his account being damaging. 42 dollars for seven days, we were told from the bank tellers that until it had been over $10.00 he'd not be billed an overdraft charge, today they're stating if it's under 10.00 you've 5 days to place the resources inside your consideration, which we were NEVER informed, lender of america claims they're prepared to shed a cust over a. 42 penny over-draft, having a child on the road we cant manage for individuals to lay to us by what Costs we shall or won't be billed.
