As a broker I sent Pro Source Loans (Gregg Camp & James Johnson) a complete loan package. The file was pre-approved.Pro Source Loans then ask for my client to pay $2321.41 for property evaluations. This loan was declined based on the evaluations done by Pro Source.
Copies of those evaluations were email to me. There's no question that these evaluations were Fraudulent, the addresses of the properties used in these evaluations do not exist. My client and I have made repeated attempts to contact Pro Source and emailed demands to return the funds or place the loan. At this time no demands have been answered and no phone calls returned.
Do not do business with this company...
