Beware of Lauton Funding & TI Funding. TI Funding, Rick Thomas, will require $4,000, wired to his account. That's his 'retainer fee'. He promises to deliver a package within 40 days or so. The guy is very pushy and trying to rush you into things.
Once you submit documents, within 1 day, you will receive another 'package' from Lauton Funding in Manhattan. It clearly states it's not a commitment and states they will underwrite to deliver in next 60 days. AND, they attach an invoice for another $7,850.
Essentially, you paid $4,000 for one guy to send you somewhere else who will tell you they want $7,850. The initial guy, TI funding, will tell you to 'read the agreement' when you back out because you don't want to fork over another $7,850. Even before you give him the $4,000, he already knows he's sending the deal to Lauton Funding. Lauton will use some template and just put your name and loan amount in there.
You keep paying money for more and more preapprovals. The whole time, they never deliver a damn thing.
Lastly, they will contact you via Spam. It's not a company that I nore other people sought out. You just get a nice email promising the world. This is ridiculous.in times, like this, this is the last thing anybody should get away with!
