The card is only good for six months and then you need a new one. It took five (5) calls to customer service to get a replacement card issued. I am also noticing that my checking account is getting debited earlier every month. I plan to draft them a letter asking to cancel my account and also stating I want a refund. I hope all goes well. Is anyone considering a class action lawsuit?
