Website not working 48 hours after upgrade

I've been a pleased A-plus.net client for around 6 decades before last many months. I've numerous sites published by them. Before last many months (it's December 09), I've obtained quick client and specialized support from their website. Anything significantly and serious occurred at APlus.net to alter all that.

On Friday Dec 4 they moved my webstore (that will be promoting substantial product for Holiday) to an "update machine." The website transpired half an hour following the migration. After I may the "update" hot-line for aid the typical time-on on-hold is 20 units, but occasionally you've to hold back for 40 or even more minutes to obtain a person to speak with you.

Within The 48 hours to be along and coping with tech-support individuals who merely pressed my issue down to another person, I named and requested to get a boss. The boss, Bill had my site up within five minutes and also the webstore up within 1/2 time.

All this might have been avoided if APlus did a much better job-training their tech-support technicians and having high level individuals on breaks they are doing host migrations.
