4 superstar mortgage consultants claims to be able to provide funding when indeed are nothing more then brokers. They try to show that they are considering funding your project when they are indeed shopping the loan themselves with hopes that they will find the funding.
They received and pretend to review your business plan before they charge fees and they lead you to believe that they can get the project funded by their associates.
From the onset - a conference call is then scheduled with Tom McKenzie who claims to be one of the investors who asks meaningless basic questions to make it look like they really are interested to fund the project.in the process, they charge hefty upfront fees called service charges ($4200.00USD) from all.
The fee's are then sent to 4 superstar mortgage consultants and they send you initially with no name an agreement and then a signed worthless retainer agreement between your company and Prospexx after the due diligence fees ($25000.00) is paid.

I have asked for prove of companies that was funded but thus far I have not received nothing from either company. This company makes a living by receiving fees from honest people and companies that believe Mr. McKensie when he claims after seeing your business plan that he can obtain within his group funding for the project.
Of course, they delayed the process for a week or so to give the company owner hope so he/she sends 4 superstar mortgage consultants the due diligence fees they request. Finally, after a set period they then come up with excuses as to why they can not fund the loan.
