This company is definitely fraudulent and the bosses Leo Vartnov, Jennifer Vartanov, Clark Krimer, and Daniel who's Jennifer's father are all partners and crooks that steal from ever single merchant. Clark Krimer is a drunk he always smells like he just left the bar. Then he yells at his employees when they dont make deals. Putting them under pressure to get new accounts so he can steal from them. The main boss Leo even steals from his own partners! Check Schedule A (hint hint)
They have telemarketers who solicit calls to companies all over the country. The telemarketers are very good at what they do. They convince merchants that they will pay lower fees with their credit card transactions if they got the terminals from Merchant Industry or National E-Payment (another fake fraudulent company).
Then the merchant signs their dirty little contract and that's when all the fun begins. Well for the owners that is. See, the contracts are usually rigged in their favor and the rates change at their will with invisible clauses. Then the merchants find out when they check their statements and start complaining.

After you finish reading that you can see how can he pimp you out of your money. Im surprised more companies haven't complained on consumer complaints. They have over 1000 merchants so they are raping every body right now and making a killing by stealing. This is how they conduct business they worship the almighty dollar and that's it. They would leave their parents homeless and dead if they had a choice between them or the money. That's how savage they are.
