Business: There are several involved in this misrepresentation; Realmusicnow.com, Free-music-share.com, Realmusicnow.com and Musicmembersarea.com. Mp3helpdesk.com is the “support†link that these sites direct you to when you click the “supportâ€, “contact us†or “customer support†links. My estimation is that there are several websites established by some, as yet unknown, entity whose mission statement is to mislead the public by misrepresenting the “service†they purport to provide.

Detailed Complaint: This website misleads the user into thinking that a membership to their “service†will allow the user to legally download music and video files for a subscription fee. The subscription process routes you through a process which installs the Limewire client (which is a free product anyway), and at no time informs the user that the payment for subscription is not a license to legally download these types of files. Subscribing to this website does not allow legal downloading of these files. Nor could I find anything in the members website that justifies subscribing to their service at all. It simply contains links to other independent websites that any average person familiar with the web could find without the help of this so-called “serviceâ€. When I went to their support page, Mp3helpdesk.com, and found out there was no online ability to consult with them, I found a telephone number. When called, I was automatically routed to a voicemail box that stated it was full, so I could not speak to anyone or leave a message. Mp3helpdesk.com has a disclaimer on the website that states; “We provide billing support and customer service 24/7 for a variety of Internet vendors and merchants. Apart from providing such services, Mp3helpdesk.com is not affiliated with the website providing the services you subscribe to. The owner/operator of each website is solely responsible for its content, the content of any promotional material they may distribute and the means of such distribution.†Yet, all the “support†and “contact us†links on the aforementioned websites direct you to Mp3helpdesk.com. Talk about circular references!!! There appears to be no way to contact the company which runs the websites listed above.
These websites are scams and should be avoided like the plague.
