I've had a merchant account with Compass Bank for over annually, but haven't had any exercise. After I viewed my regular record I realized that I had been billed $10.00 for getting an inactive account. Used to do not accept this after I popped my bill. After contacting Compass Bank, I had been positioned on store for more than 10 units and didn't possess a opportunity to keep in touch with a person support agent.
Not just did Compass consider my cash without requesting, however they have terrible customer support.
