This company and individuals run an unlicensed lender and insurance company. They sell financial guarantees and credit enhancements as an insurance policy and also that they make loans. They take a totally (as per the binder) refundable deposit for any reason and then don't pay it back. FNIG doesn't have any money, the one office is just an executive suite which are trying to find them for back rent, the other office is just empty and not licensed. Hundred of thousands of dollars are ripped off here. There are several investigations and regulators hot on their trail. Rick Reyes who is supposed to be working out of the Las Vegas Nevada office can't be found and is unlicensed also. Beware!
