I spend the majority of my bills online, which also contains our car payment. I logged-on, about the 1 of nov. To determine if my payment was scheduleed currently and find out no funds publishing (not due til 22 of november). There were none. Then proceeeded to schedule fee and got a red-flag information stating there is a cost planned to create and gave me the options to make payment or stop... Long story quick... The next terminated cost however published and threw my account into facility, i subsequently approached pursuit and they decided to refund the payment but not the overdraft fees and since i didnt have a pursuit bank account i'd need to await a check to be cut and delivered to me... Fortunately my bank confirmed some sympethy and corrected 1/2 the overdraft costs, but stated identification need to get pursuit to refund the remainder... Upon calling pursuit to determine ways to get them to pay for overdrafts the representative tells me they only observe 1 cost, i subsequently get transfered to another department where they say they show no payments since july then transfered to another dept and lastly they say the refund was issued and should have in seven days... Day 8 i call-back and inquire about where the refund is and am told that i ought to have it by the 19th of nov... Today is november 24 but still no return... I contact pursuit once more and get transfered to the selections dept. Employee lovvell, i request a cost defferment and he asks me why i want it (i understand that i'm eligible for 1 inside the life of my mortgage). I tell him im still waiting for the check and then he investigates and informs me there's no-check cut and im 2 times late on my payment which i have to create a payment. I obviously tell him im not making the payment til i discover out where my $ is (415.95), and carry on to tell him regarding the bank overdrafts and and other conversations with different reps. He then informs me i don't be eligible for a defferement but still have to create a payment. I then tell him hes not knowing whhat im telling him and that i subsequently ask him for his name and employee #, then ask to talk to a after 20 units on-hold then he informs me there's no boss and that i will need to callback 24 hours later, subsequently claims i have to make a cost, then i tell him i dont realize why i cant obtain the defferement then he claims "i've explained it for you, possess a good-day" and weighs up. I haven't received such rude client service. I phone again to file a complaint against lovell also to reach a, and again am obtaining the runaround about which department i have to be transfered to, again i'm transferred to collections as well as the repetition is insistant that i create a cost, i subsequently tell her that im not calling of a cost and have to talk to a boss, i subsequently invest 24 more moments showing her why im not making the payment and she finally obtain a boss... Boss jamie (cinncinatti workplace) is equally as rude as lovell and says he'll consider it... Thanks for the aid jamie. If anybody is filing a class action for anything related please post a link
