Unautorized charges on Verizon bill

I've obtained unauthorized costs from Purchase Cleaning at Tel: 18664214816 on my Verizon statement. The cost was for 14.95 0.75 in duty! There's a line/criticism about the Verizon site about unauthorized costs out of this organization, however it seems that Verizon proceeds to statement for this and it has accomplished nothing to solve this problem for clients. The organization also calls itself Substantial Savings Today, LLC.

So what can be achieved about that?
