Ordered from Dazzle Smile a free sample, as soon as received the package without opening it shipped it back and called right away and canceled the account with the confirmation number. Three weeks later I saw a charge of $24.82 and. 20c from the company called "Elitepack" on my credit card, which I had no idea what it was and I was sure that I didn't purchase anything from them. Googled "Elitepack" and found their phone number called them up they told me that they affiliate with Dazzle Smile and when you cancel Dazzle Smile account you need as well to cancel Elitepack account, which was nowhere in seen when I was ordering the sample. I even read fine script in Terms and Conditions and the Elitepack was nowhere in seen or listed. Elitepack did cancel my non existing account, but refused to refund the $24.82 (I didn’t even bother about. 20c), had to call my credit card to dispute that amount.
Be aware do not order from free sampling companies because without realizing it you will be charged from other companies even though you didn't sign up with them. Real SCAM!
