I, too, was ripped off by this abomination of a consumer credit company. They called me (the morning after a severe auto accident) and caught me completely off guard with the promise of a $7,500 credit card and to repair my credit.

I was suspicious and asked for a phone number to call the service agent, Jane Wilson, Agent #269. She gave me a number, which I called back, and she answered promptly. I then, reluctantly, gave her my account information. I was then transferred to a male, allegedly a Credit Verification Officer, by the name of Phil, who recorded my "yes" and "no" answers to specific questions. He then played the recording back for me and asked me to "verbally sign" the recording.

On 7/2, $297 was removed from my account. The original telephone number that was given as customer service has now been changed to 800-513-8180. The original number, the "877" number does have voicemail; however, no one calls back and the new number just rings with no answer or voicemail.

They are praying on those of us who are trying in vain to repair poor credit and do a number on one's self-esteem.

Furthermore, this amount created havoc with my account and my family. They need to be stopped - immediately - and those of us who have lost money to them need to be paid restitution (with interest).
