Unfair business practices victimized many consumers

March 1st they notifed customers that they didn't want to be in the credit card business. As of March 7th, all cards were turned off. They have made it impossible to contact them since.

Now they aren't even sending out statements. You try to call them and all you get is the automated system. I tried to send a payment "in a blank envelope" to their P.O. Box in Portland, "I usually send it at the first of every month", my check still hasn't cleared my bank. So after searching on the internet for over an hour, I finaly found another site for them "www.cardmemberservices.net".

All you can do here is make a payment, there is still no way of contacting a live person. Meanwhile, I have no idea where my check has gone. Not to mention, but I to was lied to about the interest rate. They said if I made my payments on time every month that I would get the lower interest rate. I have always made my payments on time and they have alway's charged me the higher interest rate!

That's a bunch of bull.
