Equested inital sample (free) w/shipping fee. Then charged in October and November $86.42, after I spoke to a rep and stated I specifically did not want the additional set up each month. I have tried calling more than once and get a recording and placed on 'hold'... Says only available 9-6 EST or on website via chat, or via email & HAHAHAHA... I will get to the bottom of this &
