I Contacted THE ELITE GROUP After seeing there ad on Craigslist. Once I spoke to someone they told me about something called a CPN Number, they told me it was legal. So I did some research and found out it is not legal. They use some bogus contract that protects them after you get a CPN Number from them, they think they can't get in trouble for selling it. I have spoken to an agent with the FBI Fraud Department and explained what this company is doing. THE ELITE GROUP Is very cunning and they talk a good game, but trust me when I tell you they are crooks that will get you locked up, IF YOU ARE WONDERING IF A CPN NUMBER IS REAL, CALL YOU LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK. Trust me you will not like what they say.
