We want to let others know to think twice before doing business with Mr. Jorge Kabande from Alamo Business Brokers; this individual is a smooth talker that persuades you to hand over a "good faith" deposit by making you think that your getting a good deal.
Mr. Kabande gave my spouse and I written assurance that if we decided not to buy for ANY reason or if we made an offer and it was declined; we would get a full refund of our $5,000 deposit, "no questions asked". He assured us that if we placed a deposit the business would be taken off the market immediately; which did not happen until a week later. Our check was cashed almost immediately after placing it in his trust.
It has been over ten days since we requested that our deposit be refunded; but each time we communicate with Mr. Kabande he has a new excuse for not returning our money. His excuses range from problems with his CPA to issues with courier delivery.
