Zero Balance Debt Management
They steal money from their own employees

I am so infuriated with this company!!! To all the consumers that read this PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PERSONAL FINANCES!
The lies that they will say to you just to get you to sign on the dotted line is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
Consumer's the only way you can get out of debt "without" hurting your credit is paying it off yourself or with a consolidation loan!!!
So every single consumer that has enrolled in a debt consolidation program with this COMPANY and heard on the phone BY A ZERO BALANCE EMPLOYEE that an interest rate reduction program will HAVE NO NEGATIVE EFFECT ON YOUR CREDIT WHILE IN THE PROGRAM" WAS "LIED" too!!!

Don't just take my word for it... Please do your research... Talk to your bank with the finance department, talk to your mortgage lender!!!

AND PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT AFTER JUST "1" CONVERSATION HAND OVER BANKING AND PERSONAL INFORMATION! As a sales person that's great, but as a consumer myself I am astonished as to how many of "YOU" will simply trust the person on the other line with all of YOUR PERSONAL FINANCES!

Again do not do business with zero balance debt management!!!

If stephanie malone "director of sales" has no problem stealing and lying to her own employees, than she will have no problem stealing and lying to you!!!
