I'd prefer to tell everybody the trouble i experienced with RBC lender, this is my first criticism I'm actually writting, simply because they pressed me towards the degree i really have no idea what somebody might do... I been a person of RBC for around 5 years today... We desired to start our bussiness and that I visited RBC Brach on 32 ave ne in calgary, i popped my bill together plus they explained I ought to just cope with moneris for that cost options... And so I used with moneris regarding this. After opeining the account with RBC I had been very pleased and got all of the money transferred from my perosnnal account to my business acount. I requested the teller to not place any hang on the money since it was exactly the same lender and we were simply tranfering the money in one acount towards the additional consideration... She siad boot wont place any hang on the cash, i questioned her that it'dnot be considered a difficulty easily right a check today... She siad no it's not going to be... And so I published a check towards the building organization like a preliminary deposit To ensure that we could begin the restoration that must be done... The company was suppose to begin the work following day... But he visited the RBC lender same department to obtain the check licensed... Thay would not approve it... I had been awaiting the company to strat the work following morning... Alternatively he found inform me the poor information. And explained he wont begin the job... I attempted to expalin it to him this can not be right-but he did not hear and quit... I visited the department I really couldnot believe the things they have done... I asked them what happend below... They handed me towards the customer service woman... I had been sobbing... She accepted the HQ set a hold about the deal... I questioned her the teller explained yersterday that there's no-hold... She stated that the teller how did not approve the check created an error and created the phone call himself... She was suppose to check on with ont of the boss after which it'dnot have happened... She asked me easily needed her to contact the company to solve the problem... I stated yes... She called the

Contarctor but he'dnot return... I was so annoyed that I had beennot pleased with what was happening and that I questioned her that I do want to keep in touch with the DEPARTMENT MANAGER he'dnot actually emerge to keep in touch with me, and simply responded her that there's nothing he is able to do... I'd to begin operating again to locate another company... It got me fourteen days to locate anyone to begin function... That was intialy the full time we were suppose to start the shop... But got postponed...

Then i visited the department again to signal the documents to ensure that we're able to have our deal machine, i closed the documents with ADAM in the barch and was informed the machine may appear method prior to the starting day, and that I waited for that period i was suppose to hold back for that machine... After I named to determine where it had been... Moneris explained they never received the paperwork so that they wont provide me the machine... I returned towards the department to check on... The man i closed the documents with explained he forgot to Deliver the documents... We just had 5 days left to start the store, I had been attempting to ensure that ADAM directs the paperwork... He actually quit selecting my calls and not delivered calls, I'd to locate another person to assist me in the brach... After producing many calls and ensuring moneris has got the paperwork, we recived the equipment 2 nights after we exposed the store... Next I had been simply utilizing the lender for remains and cash exchanges...

But lately i required a charge card with greater borrowing limit becuase of my bussiness requirements... And so I used within the telephone, and so I might prevent likely to the brach due to my encounter... But he explained I've to signal the papers in the brach... Therefore JOHN named me and that I visited signal the papers and was informed I'll possess the card in fourteen days... After awaiting the card for 4 weeks after I approached RBC to determine where my card is... I had been informed AGAIN they never received the documents... So then they explained they'll ask what went wrong... And that I got the phone call the guy within the department forgot to deliver the paperwork (though it was another man) also it might take-two more months to obtain the card, and so I requested them to stop the demand... Since that evening looking for another lender to cope with... That will apperciate the bussiness... Which may realize that like a client we're there to create them cash.

In my own uderstaning each bussiness is in bussiness due to it is customers... If you will find no customers there would not be any business... What RBC is attempting to deliver the messge they do not require customers... It's simply difficult to comprehend for me personally.
