Ripoff, withdrawl after promised deposit of unused funds

I was silly enough to "sign up" for their service the first time. Weeks later, after I'd gotten over my misfortune. Someone called and offered to deposit the untouched funds into my account. I accepted the offer. Later, I'd discovered that the company had withdrawn more money from my account instead.
