As with the other complaints, we found Silvergate Financial Services through the mail. I was also contacted by Roy Sullivan who informed me to my great delight that I was approved for a $10,000.00 loan. He faxed over the contract, which I reviewed and signed and sent back the next day, at which time I was instructed to wire the six month collateral payement to LINDA MADSEN in Toronto Canada and my loan would be automatically transferred to my bank acount on Friday. When the money did not show on Friday, I called late in the afternnon, to be informed by ROY SULLIVAN, that the funds had been delayed until monday Monday came and went so I called late Monday afternoon to find out what was going on. Roy then inforemd me that my account had been transferred to customer service, PETER LYNCH. My called was transferred to him, he the informed me that the lenders insurance was requiring another six month collateral payment. I sent that the following day with the promise that the money would fund on friday. Friday came and went, I called that afternoon to inquire and was told that my lender had backed out and that my money would be refunded on the next billing cycle of October 16. On Friday I called, Mr. Lyncch inforemd me that an error had been made and that the money would be funded on Monday 10-19-09, which is today. I called this am to find the phone number disconnected.
